Mostly good, minor issue
I ordered the Gans komplett and some Getrocknete Schweineohren. The quality of the meat was excellent, and my dog really enjoys it. The delivery was mostly on time, arriving in 3 days, but one of the dry ice packs was a little melted, though the food was still cold. Packaging could use a tiny bit more insulation for longer trips. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about payment methods before ordering. Overall, a solid choice for BARF, just a small improvement in packaging for extreme temperatures would make it perfect.
